1. REFUNDS
1.1. In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been unsealed after delivery, unless the product is defective or does not conform to its description.
1.3. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products at SolveCosmetics.
1.4. If you encounter any issues with a product, including defects or non-conformance, please contact our customer service team with details, and we will guide you through the refund process.
1.5. Refunds for unopened and unused products will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
1.6. Refunds for defective or non-conforming products will be provided after confirmation of the issue, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
