Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Regions
SolveCosmetics ships orders to customers within the European Union, Switzerland, and select non-EU countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Norway.
Please note that certain delivery restrictions may apply depending on local import regulations.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
EU countries: 3–7 business days
Switzerland: 2–4 business days
United Kingdom & Norway: 5–10 business days
United States & other non-EU destinations: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or courier delays. We do not offer refunds for delays, however we will ensure the parcel will reach you. In case the parcel does not arrive withing 30 days we will issue a full refund.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
EU Orders
All orders shipped within the EU are free from customs duties or import taxes.
Switzerland
Orders placed via solvecosmetic.com
include all applicable Swiss taxes and duties in the final price — no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
Non-EU Countries (e.g., US, UK, Norway)
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
In some cases, SolveCosmetics covers these costs (Delivered Duties Paid – DDP).
In others, the customer is responsible for paying import duties and taxes (Delivered at Place – DAP).
If applicable, such charges are determined by your local customs authority and are non-refundable.
5. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the parcel, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost (if applicable).
Customs or return fees charged to SolveCosmetics may also be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit for 30 days, please contact info@solvecosmetic.com.
Please include your order number and relevant photos if the package or products are damaged.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Returns for Non-EU Customers
Customers located outside the European Union (including the United States, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland) are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except for defective or damaged items.
All international sales are considered final once dispatched.
